2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• Have all original tags and accessories attached.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. 

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/Clearance items 

• Pierced jewelry 

5. Refunds and Exchanges

•  If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

• You may also choose to exchange the returned item
